Before you can begin trading with FXTRADING.com, you must complete a successful initial deposit. It's important to note that we only accept payments from accounts registered in your name—third-party transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.

How to Make Your First Deposit

1. Access Your Client Portal

  • Log in to your secure FXTRADING.com Client Portal using your credentials

  • Navigate to the "Deposit" tab in the main navigation menu

2. Select Payment Method

  • Review all available payment options specific to your region

  • Take note of the minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method

  • Check the processing timeframes to understand when funds will be available in your account

3. Enter Transaction Details

  • Specify the precise amount you wish to deposit

  • Review all transaction parameters carefully

  • Click "Continue" to proceed with your transaction

4. Authorize Transaction

  • Verify all deposit information is accurate and complete

  • Click "Confirm" to authorize the deposit process

5. Complete Payment Process

  • You will be securely redirected to your selected payment provider's platform

  • Follow the provider-specific instructions to finalize your transaction

  • Once completed, you will receive confirmation of your successful deposit

If you encounter any issues during this process, you can request assistance by visiting your Transaction History, selecting the relevant transaction, and clicking "Live Chat" to submit a support request to our Service Hub.

Payment Method Selection

Choose a payment method that's both available in your region and convenient for your needs. The Deposit section in your Client Portal displays all available methods along with their:

  • Processing times

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits

  • Any applicable fees

Additional Factors to Consider

  • Verification Requirements: Complete your Financial Profile and account verification to unlock all available payment methods

  • Currency Alignment: To avoid conversion charges, deposit in the same currency as your trading account

  • Processing Times: Different payment methods have varying processing times—select one that meets your timeframe requirements

  • Deposit Fees: While most deposit methods are free, be aware of any minimum deposit requirements

Important Note: Once a trading account is created, its currency cannot be changed. If you need to use a different currency, you'll need to create a new trading account.

Trading Account Type Requirements

  • Standard: USD 10

  • Standard Plus: USD 100

  • Standard Pro: USD 100

  • Zero: USD 3000

  • Raw Spread: USD 10

Understanding Minimum Deposit Requirements

  • Each payment method has its own minimum deposit requirement that applies to all deposits

  • If you attempt to deposit less than the required minimum, you'll receive an error notification in your Client Portal

  • Example: If a Standard Plus account requires a minimum first deposit of $100, but your chosen payment method has a minimum requirement of $10, your initial deposit must be at least $100 to satisfy the higher requirement.
