How you update your registered address depends on your account verification status with FXTRADING.com.
For verified accounts, your registered address is shown on the proof of address (PoA) document you provided during verification. To change this:
Log into your Client Portal
Create a support ticket in the Service Hub
In your request, include:
Your trading account number
Reason for the address change
Your new residential address
Updated proof of address (PoA) document
Note: While your Client Portal might still display your previous address, rest assured that our database will be updated with your new information.
For unverified accounts, simply upload a proof of address document during the verification process to establish your registered address.
If you've relocated to another country:
We recommend registering a new Client Portal using your new local phone number
Submit a proof of address document from your new location
Please note that you cannot change your country of registration within the same Client Portal
Ensure FXTRADING.com services are available in your new country of residence
