Geographic Restrictions for Funds Management

The following countries and territories cannot open new funds or investments in funds:

Restricted Regions

The United States of America and its territories, including:

  • American Samoa

  • Baker Island

  • Guam

  • Howland Island

  • Kingman Reef

  • Marshall Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Puerto Rico

  • Midway Islands

  • Wake Island

  • Palmyra Atoll

  • Jarvis Island

  • Johnston Atoll

  • Navassa Island

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • United States Minor Outlying Islands

Other Restricted Regions:

  • Martinique

  • Belize

  • Ontario Province (within Canada)

  • North Korea

  • Iran

  • New Zealand

  • Russia

  • Ukraine

Existing Clients

For clients in these regions who have previously opened a fund or investment:

  • Existing funds and investments will remain active

  • funds Managers can continue trading

  • Orders will continue to be allocated to investments

  • Performance Fees will continue to be paid
