Understanding Your Trade Authorization Agreement

Updated over a week ago

Overview

At FXTRADING.com, we prioritize protection and accountability for both Funds Managers and Investors in their professional collaborations. The Third Party Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) serves as the legal framework that authorizes a Funds Manager to trade on behalf of an Investor.

What's Included in the TFA

The TFA document contains essential information such as:

  • The name of the Funds Management service

  • The Funds Manager's full name and email address

  • Comprehensive terms and conditions of the service

When You Need to Sign

When an Investor joins a Funds Management solution for the first time under a specific Funds Manager, they must sign a TFA document. For subsequent investments with the same Funds Manager but in different funds, additional TFA documents will need to be signed. Once signed, both parties can download the document for their records.

Accessing Your TFA Documents

All signed TFAs can be easily accessed and downloaded from the Agreements Tab in your Client Portal.
