Providing Documents in Unsupported Languages

Updated today

What You Should Do

When submitting documents in languages not supported by FXTRADING.com's KYC system, you must provide a notarized English translation. Here's how to proceed:

  • Obtain a professional translation through a translation agency or professional translator

  • Get the translation notarized - this means having a notary witness the translator signing the document to attest its authenticity

  • Submit both documents - you must provide both the original document and its notarized translation

Requirements for Notarized Translations

All notarized translations must include:

  • Clear, readable translated text

  • Full name and signature of the translator

  • Full name and signature of the notary

  • Official notary seal or stamp

Below are a few examples of acceptable notarized translations according to the regulations.

For Document Verification Photos

If you're asked to take a selfie with your document, use the original document (not the translation) for this purpose.

What You Should Not Do

The following translation methods are not acceptable:

  • Self-translated documents (whether handwritten or typed)

  • Translations created using graphic editing software

  • Any form of unofficial or "DIY" translations
