Understanding the Redemption Process
Fund redemptions require approval from the Funds Manager before they can be processed. This process may take several hours to complete. Once the Funds Manager approves your request, your investment will be redeemed automatically.
Important: Funds Managers may reject redemption requests for risk management reasons.
Step-by-Step Redemption Instructions
Access Your Investment Portfolio
Log into your FXTRADING.com Trading App or Web Trader
Navigate to the Funds Management section
Select Investors → "Assets" to view funds you subscribed to
Initiate Redemption
Locate the specific fund you wish to redeem
Review its current performance and status
Input redemption amount or click "All" to redeem all money from the fund
Submit Your Redemption Request
Click the "Confirm" button
Your request will be sent to the Funds Manager for review
Wait for Processing
The Funds Manager will review your request
Your investment will be redeemed once approved
If not responded to within 36 hours, the investment will be redeemed automatically
Cancel Request (If Needed)
If you change your mind, you can return to the investment page
Select "Cancel Redemption Request" to withdraw your closing request

Market Prices: The prices at the time you send your redemption request may differ from the prices when the investment is actually redeemed
