Understanding Deposit, Withdrawal, and Transfer Rules

This guide explains the rules for managing funds in your FXTRADING.com accounts, including pre-KYC limitations and post-KYC capabilities.

Pre-KYC Rules

Deposit Limitations:

  • Accounts that haven't completed KYC can deposit up to $2,000 or equivalent

  • Trading is allowed to experience the platform

Withdrawal Limitations:

  • Withdrawals are not permitted before completing KYC

  • KYC verification must be completed to withdraw funds

Transfer Limitations:

  • Accounts without KYC cannot receive transfers

  • Accounts without KYC cannot transfer to other accounts

  • Trading accounts cannot transfer to Partner wallets or other accounts

Post-KYC Rules

Deposits:

  • No deposit limitations after KYC completion

Withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals are permitted after KYC completion

Transfers:

  • KYC-verified accounts can receive transfers

  • KYC-verified accounts can transfer to other KYC-verified accounts

  • Rebates transfers can only occur between KYC-verified accounts

Key Principles

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance:

  • All transfers require both sending and receiving accounts to be KYC-verified

  • Funds in non-KYC accounts must remain in the user's own trading accounts

  • Partner wallets can only transfer rebates to KYC-verified accounts

Operation Restrictions:

  • Non-KYC accounts cannot receive external transfers

  • Non-KYC accounts cannot transfer from Partner wallets

Internal Transfers (Between Your Accounts)

Eligible Sending Accounts:

  • Standard trading accounts

  • Investment wallets

  • Partner wallets

Ineligible Sending Accounts:

  • Fund Management accounts (not displayed)

  • Social trading accounts with specific conditions:

    • Active signal provider accounts: visible but cannot be selected

    • Archived signal provider accounts: not displayed

Eligible Receiving Accounts:

  • Standard trading accounts

  • Investment wallets (INV)

  • Social trading accounts

Ineligible Receiving Accounts:

  • Partner wallets

  • Fund Management accounts (not displayed)

External Transfers (To Another User)

Eligible Sending Account Types:

  • Partner wallets

Eligible Receiving Accounts:

  • Standard trading accounts

  • Investment wallets (INV)

  • Social trading accounts

Ineligible Receiving Accounts:

  • Partner wallets

  • Fund Management accounts

How to Identify Different Wallet Types

  • Investment Wallet: Blue label displaying "INV"

  • Partner Wallet: Green label displaying "IB"
