Why USDT 2 Deposits Go to Your Investment Wallet

Updated today

When you select USDT 2 as your deposit method, you may notice that the system doesn't prompt you to select which trading account to fund. This is by design.

Due to the technical and compliance requirements of our USDT 2 payment channel provider, funds deposited through this method must be directed to your Investment Wallet rather than directly to a trading account.

What happens when you deposit using USDT 2:

  1. Your funds will successfully appear in your Investment Wallet

  2. The funds will not show in your trading accounts

  3. To use these funds for trading, you'll need to transfer them from your Investment Wallet to your desired trading account

If you notice your deposit hasn't appeared in your trading account, this is normal. Simply check your Investment Wallet, and you'll find your funds there.
