Withdrawals and Deposits for Signal Providers

Updated over a week ago

As a Signal Provider on FXTRADING.com, you need to understand the specific rules governing withdrawals and deposits from your trading account to ensure fair trading practices and protect the interests of your followers.

Withdrawal Restrictions

Important: You cannot withdraw funds from your Signal Provider account if:

  • Your signal is currently being followed by any investors

  • Your signal is active but not archived, even if no one is currently following it

These restrictions are in place to protect the interests of investors who follow your signals and to maintain the integrity of the signal trading system.

Deposit Permissions

Signal Providers are always permitted to add funds to their active Signal Provider accounts, regardless of whether:

  • The signal is being followed by investors

  • The signal is active but not currently followed

Adding funds to your Signal Provider account can help you manage your trading strategy more effectively and potentially improve performance for your followers.

How to Archive Your Signal

If you need to withdraw funds and your signal is active but not being followed, you must first archive your signal:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the Social Trading section

  3. Go to My Signals and select the signal you wish to archive

  4. Click on the "Archive" option

  5. Confirm your action

Once your signal is archived and no longer active, you will be able to withdraw funds from the account.
