Following our AI-powered Client Portal upgrade on September 8, 2025, we have implemented multi-dimensional login restrictions for the Australian region. This change affects how users with Australian IP addresses access our services.

Who is affected?

These restrictions apply to:

  • Clients physically located in Australia

  • Clients using Australian IP addresses

  • Clients using VPNs or VPS services that route through Australian servers

What happens when accessing with an Australian IP?

When our system detects an Australian IP address, users will be automatically redirected to our Australian Client Portal, which offers different functionality compared to our international platform.

Important considerations for international clients

If you are not an Australian citizen or resident and did not register for our services through our Australian website, please note:

  • Avoid using Australian VPNs/VPS: Using VPN or VPS services with Australian IP addresses will restrict your access to our international platform

  • Different functionality: The Australian Client Portal has significant differences in available features compared to our international Client Portal

  • No international access: You will not be able to access our international website or Client Portal while using an Australian IP address

Example scenario

An Egyptian client using an Australian VPN/VPS will be unable to access our international website or Client Portal. Instead, they will be automatically redirected to our Australian Client Portal, which may not provide all the services they require.
