Depositing to an Account with Negative Balance

Yes, you can still deposit funds even if your account balance is negative. The funding function remains fully active regardless of your current balance.

Options for handling negative balances:

  1. Make a deposit: You can add funds to your account at any time to cover the negative balance.

  2. Apply for Negative Balance Write Off:

    • Email [email protected] to request a negative balance write off

    • Each case is reviewed individually

    • Processing typically takes 1-3 business days

Coming Soon: Self-service Negative Balance Write Off will be available directly in the Client Portal. Once implemented, you'll be able to write off negative balances (under -USD3000) without contacting Customer Support by:

  • Navigating to the specific account in your Client Portal

  • Clicking the 3-dot icon at the end of the account row

  • Selecting "Negative Balance Write Off"
