Support Hours:

  • Non-Daylight Saving Time (AEST): 10:00 AM to 5:00 AM the following day (19 consecutive hours)

  • Daylight Saving Time (AEDT): 11:00 AM to 6:00 AM the following day (19 consecutive hours)

Our live support team is available Monday through Friday during these hours. While service hours extend into early morning hours of the following day, please note that service is not available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

After-Hours Support:

During non-business hours, our AI support bot is available to assist you with common inquiries and basic troubleshooting, ensuring you have access to help whenever you need it.
